Rapporté par Nafi’ : Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه a été présenté au Prophète ﷺ le jour de Uhud, alors qu’il avait quatorze ans, mais il ne l’a pas accepté. Il a de nouveau été présenté à lui le jour de Khandaq (la bataille du Fossé), alors qu’il avait quinze ans, et cette fois il l’a accepté

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عُرِضَهُ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ فَلَمْ يُجِزْهُ وَعُرِضَهُ يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً فَأَجَازَهُ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Nafi':That Ibn 'Umar was presented before the Prophet (ﷺ) on the day of Uhud, when he was fourteen years old, but he did not allow him. He was again presented to him on the day of Khandaq (the battle of Trench) when he was fifteen years old, he allowed him
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ وہ غزوہ احد کے دن نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے پیش کئے گئے اس وقت ان کی عمر ( ۱۴ ) سال تھی، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں غزوہ میں شرکت کی اجازت نہیں دی، پھر وہ غزوہ خندق کے موقع پر پیش کئے گئے اس وقت وہ پندرہ سال کے ہو گئے تھے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں غزوہ میں شرکت کی اجازت دے دی۔
