Rapporté par Yahya, qui a dit : J’ai entendu Al-Qasim dire : « Abdullah ibn ‘Abdullah m’a informé qu’il a entendu Abdullah ibn ‘Umar dire : “Parmi les pratiques de la prière, il y a le fait de poser le pied gauche au sol et de lever le pied droit.” »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ، يَقُولُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ مِنْ سُنَّةِ الصَّلاَةِ أَنْ تُضْجِعَ رِجْلَكَ الْيُسْرَى وَتَنْصِبَ الْيُمْنَى .

(There is another chain) reported from Yahya who said:"I heard Al-Qasim saying: "Abdullah bin 'Abdullah informed me that he heard 'Abdullah bin 'Umar saying: "From the Sunnah of the prayer is to lay your left foot on the ground, and raise your right foot

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں نماز کی سنت میں سے یہ ہے کہ تم اپنا بایاں پیر بچھائے رکھو اور داہنا پیر کھڑا رکھو۔
