Rapporté par Anas رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Adoptez une position modérée pendant la prosternation, et veillez à ce qu’aucun de vous n’étende ses avant-bras (au sol) comme le fait un chien. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " اعْتَدِلُوا فِي السُّجُودِ وَلاَ يَفْتَرِشْ أَحَدُكُمْ ذِرَاعَيْهِ افْتِرَاشَ الْكَلْبِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Anas reported the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) as saying; Adopt a moderate position when prostrating yourselves, and see that none of you stretches out his forearms(on the ground) like a dog
Traduction en ourdou
انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: سجدے میں اعتدال کرو ۱؎ اور تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنے ہاتھوں کو کتے کی طرح نہ بچھائے ۔
