كتاب الصلاة
‘Amr ibn Shu’aib, d’après son père, citant son grand-père, a dit : Il n’y a aucune sourate courte ou longue parmi les sourates al-Mufassal que je n’ai pas entendue de la bouche du Messager d’Allah ﷺ lorsqu’il dirigeait la prière en commun

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ السَّرْخَسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ، سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْحَاقَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَا مِنَ الْمُفَصَّلِ سُورَةٌ صَغِيرَةٌ وَلاَ كَبِيرَةٌ إِلاَّ وَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَؤُمُّ النَّاسَ بِهَا فِي الصَّلاَةِ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ .
Traduction anglaise
‘Amr b. Shu’aib, on his father’s authority, quoted his grandfather as saying:There is no short or long surah in al-Mufassal which I have not heard the Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) reciting when he led the people in the prescribed prayer

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں مفصل ۱؎ کی چھوٹی بڑی کوئی سورت ایسی نہیں جسے میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے فرض نماز میں لوگوں کی امامت کرتے ہوئے نہ سنا ہو۔
