Rapporté par Jarir ad-Dabbi : J’ai vu Ali رضي الله عنه tenir sa main gauche avec sa main droite au niveau du poignet, au-dessus du nombril. Abu Dawud a dit : Sa’id b. Jubair a rapporté les mots : « au-dessus du nombril ». Abu Mijlaz a rapporté : « sous le nombril ». Cela a aussi été rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه, mais ce n’est pas un récit solide

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَعْيَنَ - عَنْ أَبِي بَدْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي طَالُوتَ عَبْدِ السَّلاَمِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جَرِيرٍ الضَّبِّيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ عَلِيًّا - رضى الله عنه - يُمْسِكُ شِمَالَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ عَلَى الرُّسْغِ فَوْقَ السُّرَّةِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فَوْقَ السُّرَّةِ . وَقَالَ أَبُو مِجْلَزٍ تَحْتَ السُّرَّةِ . وَرُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَلَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ .
Traduction anglaise
Jarir ad-Dabbi reported:I saw Ali (Allah be pleased with him) catching hold of his left hand) by his right hand on the wrist above the navel. Abu Dawud said: Sa'id b. Jubair narrated the words: "above the navel". Abu Mijlaz reported the words: "below the navel". This has also been narrated by Abu Hurairah. But that is not strong
Traduction en ourdou
جریر ضبیی کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے علی رضی اللہ عنہ کو دیکھا کہ وہ اپنے داہنے ہاتھ سے بائیں ہاتھ کا پہنچا ( گٹا ) پکڑے ہوئے ناف کے اوپر رکھے ہوئے ہیں۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: سعید بن جبیر سے «فوق السرة» ( ناف کے اوپر ) مروی ہے اور ابومجلز نے «تحت السرة» ( ناف کے نیچے ) کہا ہے اور یہ بات ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے بھی روایت کی گئی ہے لیکن یہ قوی نہیں۔
