Rapporté par AbudDarda’ : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : « Si trois hommes se trouvent dans un village ou dans le désert et qu’ils n’accomplissent pas la prière en groupe, le diable prend le dessus sur eux. Priez donc en groupe, car le loup ne mange que l’animal isolé. » Sa’ib a dit : Par le mot “jama’ah”, il voulait dire prier en groupe ou en assemblée

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا السَّائِبُ بْنُ حُبَيْشٍ، عَنْ مَعْدَانَ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ الْيَعْمُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " مَا مِنْ ثَلاَثَةٍ فِي قَرْيَةٍ وَلاَ بَدْوٍ لاَ تُقَامُ فِيهِمُ الصَّلاَةُ إِلاَّ قَدِ اسْتَحْوَذَ عَلَيْهِمُ الشَّيْطَانُ فَعَلَيْكَ بِالْجَمَاعَةِ فَإِنَّمَا يَأْكُلُ الذِّئْبُ الْقَاصِيَةَ " . قَالَ زَائِدَةُ قَالَ السَّائِبُ يَعْنِي بِالْجَمَاعَةِ الصَّلاَةَ فِي الْجَمَاعَةِ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated AbudDarda': I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: If there are three men in a village or in the desert among whom prayer is not offered (in congregation), the devil has got the mastery over them. So observe (prayer) in congregation), for the wolf eats only the straggling animal. Sa'ib said: By the word Jama'ah he meant saying prayer in company or in congregation
Traduction en ourdou
ابو الدرداء رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: تین آدمی کسی بستی یا جنگل میں ہوں اور وہ جماعت سے نماز نہ پڑھیں تو ان پر شیطان مسلط ہو جاتا ہے، لہٰذا تم جماعت کو لازم پکڑو، اس لیے کہ بھیڑیا اسی بکری کو کھاتا ہے جو ریوڑ سے الگ ہوتی ہے ۔ زائدہ کا بیان ہے: سائب نے کہا: جماعت سے مراد نماز باجماعت ہے۔
