Hadith 478 — Livre 2: Prayer (Kitab Al-Salat)
كتاب الصلاة
Rapporté par Abdullah al-Muharibi : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Quand un homme se lève avec l’intention de prier, ou si l’un de vous prie, il ne doit pas cracher devant lui, ni à sa droite ; mais il peut le faire à sa gauche, s’il y a de la place ; ou il doit cracher sous son pied gauche puis l’essuyer. »

حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ، عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا قَامَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ - أَوْ إِذَا صَلَّى أَحَدُكُمْ فَلاَ يَبْزُقْ أَمَامَهُ وَلاَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَلَكِنْ عَنْ تِلْقَاءِ يَسَارِهِ إِنْ كَانَ فَارِغًا أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمِهِ الْيُسْرَى ثُمَّ لْيَقُلْ بِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abdullah al-Muharibi: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: When a man stands with the intention of saying prayer, or if any of you says prayer, he should not spit before him, nor at his right side; but he should do so at his left side, if there is a place for it; or he should spit under his left foot and then rub it off
Traduction en ourdou
طارق بن عبداللہ محاربی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب آدمی نماز کے لیے کھڑا ہو یا جب تم میں سے کوئی نماز پڑھے تو اپنے آگے اور داہنی طرف نہ تھوکے لیکن ( اگر تھوکنا ہو اور جگہ خالی ہو ) تو بائیں طرف تھوکے یا بائیں قدم کے نیچے تھوکے پھر اسے مل دے ۔
