Hadith 427 — Livre 2: Prayer (Kitab Al-Salat)
كتاب الصلاة
Rapporté par Umarah ibn Ruwaybah : « Un homme de Bassorah a dit : “Dis-moi ce que tu as entendu du Messager d’Allah ﷺ.” Il a répondu : “J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : ‘Personne n’entrera en Enfer s’il a prié avant le lever du soleil et avant son coucher (c’est-à-dire la prière du Fajr et la prière du ‘Asr).’” Il l’a répété trois fois. L’homme a demandé : “L’as-tu entendu de lui ?” Il a répondu : “Oui, chaque fois en disant : ‘Mes oreilles l’ont entendu et mon cœur l’a retenu.’” L’homme a alors dit : “Et moi aussi, je l’ai entendu dire cela.” »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ رُؤَيْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ فَقَالَ أَخْبِرْنِي مَا سَمِعْتَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ يَلِجُ النَّارَ رَجُلٌ صَلَّى قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْرُبَ " . قَالَ أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْهُ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ . قَالَ نَعَمْ . كُلَّ ذَلِكَ يَقُولُ سَمِعَتْهُ أُذُنَاىَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِي . فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ وَأَنَا سَمِعْتُهُ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Umarah ibn Ruwaybah: A man from Basrah said: Tell me what you heard from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: No one will enter Hell who has prayed before the rising of the sun and before its setting (meaning the dawn and the afternoon prayers). He said three times: Have you heard it from him? He replied: Yes, each time saying: My ears heard it and my heart memorised it. The man then said: And I heard him (the Prophet) say that

عمارہ بن رویبہ کہتے ہیں کہ اہل بصرہ میں سے ایک آدمی نے ان سے پوچھا اور کہا: آپ مجھے ایسی بات بتائیے جو آپ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنی ہو، انہوں نے کہا: میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا ہے: وہ آدمی جہنم میں داخل نہ ہو گا جس نے سورج نکلنے سے پہلے اور سورج ڈوبنے سے پہلے نماز پڑھی ، اس شخص نے کہا: کیا آپ نے یہ بات رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنی ہے؟ یہ جملہ اس نے تین بار کہا، انہوں نے کہا: ہاں، ہر بار وہ یہی کہتے تھے: میرے دونوں کانوں نے اسے سنا ہے اور میرے دل نے اسے یاد رکھا ہے، پھر اس شخص نے کہا: میں نے بھی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اسے فرماتے سنا ہے۔
