La tradition mentionnée ci-dessus a aussi été transmise par Ibn ‘Abbas رضي الله عنه par une autre chaîne de narrateurs. Cette version ajoute : Les femmes ont commencé à donner leurs boucles d’oreilles et leurs bagues en aumône. Bilal les recueillait dans son vêtement. Le Prophète ﷺ les a ensuite distribuées aux musulmans pauvres

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ فَجَعَلَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ تُعْطِي الْقُرْطَ وَالْخَاتَمَ وَجَعَلَ بِلاَلٌ يَجْعَلُهُ فِي كِسَائِهِ قَالَ فَقَسَمَهُ عَلَى فُقَرَاءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ .
Traduction anglaise
The above mentioned tradition has also bee transmitted by Ibn 'Abbas through a different chain of narrators. This version adds:The women began to give their ear-rings and rings in alms. Bilal began to collect them in his garment. He (the Prophet) then distributed them among the poor Muslims

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی اسی حدیث میں ہے عورتیں بالی اور انگوٹھی ( صدقہ میں ) دینے لگیں اور بلال رضی اللہ عنہ انہیں اپنی چادر میں رکھتے جاتے تھے وہ کہتے ہیں، پھر نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے مسلمان فقراء کے درمیان تقسیم کر دیا۔
