Hadith 1139 — Livre 2: Prayer (Kitab Al-Salat)

Rapporté par Umm ‘Atiyyah رضي الله عنها : Quand le Messager d’Allah ﷺ est arrivé à Médine, il a rassemblé les femmes des Ansar dans une maison et nous a envoyé ‘Umar b. al-Khattab. Il s’est tenu à la porte et nous a saluées, et nous lui avons rendu le salut. Il a alors dit : « Je suis le messager du Messager d’Allah ﷺ auprès de vous. Il nous a ordonné de faire sortir les femmes qui ont leurs règles et les jeunes filles pour les deux prières de l’Aïd, et que la prière du vendredi ne nous est pas obligatoire. Il nous a interdit de suivre les cortèges funèbres. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، - يَعْنِي الطَّيَالِسِيَّ - وَمُسْلِمٌ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَمَّا قَدِمَ الْمَدِينَةَ جَمَعَ نِسَاءَ الأَنْصَارِ فِي بَيْتٍ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْنَا عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ فَقَامَ عَلَى الْبَابِ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْنَا فَرَدَدْنَا عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَنَا رَسُولُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَيْكُنَّ . وَأَمَرَنَا بِالْعِيدَيْنِ أَنْ نُخْرِجَ فِيهِمَا الْحُيَّضَ وَالْعُتَّقَ وَلاَ جُمُعَةَ عَلَيْنَا وَنَهَانَا عَنِ اتِّبَاعِ الْجَنَائِزِ .
Traduction anglaise
Umm 'Atiyyah said:When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came to Medina, he gathered the women of Ansar in a house, and sent to us (to them) 'Umar b. al-Khattab. He stood at the door and gave the salutation to us and we returned it (the salutation) to him. Thereupon, he said: I am the messenger of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to you. He commanded us to bring out the menstruating women and the virgins for both the 'Id prayers, and that the Friday prayer is not obligatory on us. He prohibited us to accompany the funeral procession
Traduction en ourdou
ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب مدینہ تشریف لائے تو آپ نے انصار کی عورتوں کو ایک گھر میں جمع کیا اور عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ کو ہمارے پاس بھیجا تو وہ ( آ کر ) دروازے پر کھڑے ہوئے اور ہم عورتوں کو سلام کیا، ہم نے ان کے سلام کا جواب دیا، پھر انہوں نے کہا: میں تمہارے پاس رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا بھیجا ہوا قاصد ہوں اور آپ نے ہمیں حکم دیا ہے کہ ہم عیدین میں حائضہ عورتوں اور کنواری لڑکیوں کو لے جائیں اور یہ کہ ہم عورتوں پر جمعہ نہیں ہے، نیز آپ نے ہمیں جنازے کے ساتھ جانے سے منع فرمایا۔
