Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Umar : Nafi’ a dit : Ibn Umar a fait l’appel à la prière à Dajnan (entre La Mecque et Médine), par une nuit froide et venteuse. À la fin de l’appel, il a ajouté : « Priez dans vos maisons. Priez dans vos maisons. » Puis il a dit : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ ordonnait au muezzin d’annoncer : « Priez dans vos maisons » lors d’une nuit froide ou pluvieuse pendant un voyage

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ نَادَى بِالصَّلاَةِ بِضَجْنَانَ فِي لَيْلَةٍ ذَاتِ بَرْدٍ وَرِيحٍ فَقَالَ فِي آخِرِ نِدَائِهِ أَلاَ صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ أَلاَ صَلُّوا فِي الرِّحَالِ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَأْمُرُ الْمُؤَذِّنَ إِذَا كَانَتْ لَيْلَةٌ بَارِدَةٌ أَوْ ذَاتُ مَطَرٍ فِي سَفَرٍ يَقُولُ أَلاَ صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: Nafi' said: Ibn Umar made the call to prayer at Dajnan (a place between Mecca and Medina), on a cold and windy night. He added the words at the end of the call: "Lo! pray in your dwellings. Lo! pray in the dwellings." He then said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to command the mu'adhdhin to announce, "Lo! pray in your dwellings." on a cold or rainy night during journey

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے مقام ضجنان میں سرد اور آندھی والی ایک رات میں اذان دی تو اپنی اذان کے آخر میں کہا: لوگو! اپنے ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو، لوگو! اپنے ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو، پھر انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سفر کے اندر سردی یا بارش کی رات میں مؤذن کو حکم فرماتے تھے کہ اعلان کر دو: لوگو! اپنے اپنے ڈیروں میں نماز پڑھ لو۔
