Rapporté par Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Raccourcir la salutation est une sunna (recommandée). » Le rapporteur ‘Isa a dit : Ibn al-Mubarak m’a interdit de rapporter ce hadith comme une parole du Prophète ﷺ. Abu Dawud a dit : J’ai entendu Abu ‘Umar ‘Isa b. Yunus al-Fakhuri al-Ramil dire : Quand al-Firyabi est revenu de La Mecque, il a cessé de rapporter ce hadith comme une parole du Prophète ﷺ. Il a dit : Ahmad b. Hanbal a interdit de rapporter ce hadith directement du Prophète ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ قُرَّةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " حَذْفُ السَّلاَمِ سُنَّةٌ " . قَالَ عِيسَى نَهَانِي ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ رَفْعِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عُمَيْرٍ عِيسَى بْنَ يُونُسَ الْفَاخُورِيَّ الرَّمْلِيَّ قَالَ لَمَّا رَجَعَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ مِنْ مَكَّةَ تَرَكَ رَفْعَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ نَهَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ عَنْ رَفْعِهِ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated AbuHurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Shortening the salutation is sunnah (commendable). The narrator 'Isa said: Ibn al-Mubarak prohibited me from reporting this tradition as a statement of the Prophet (ﷺ). Abu Dawud said: I heard Abu 'Umar 'Isa b. Yunus al-Fakhuri al-Ramil saying: When al-Firyabi returned from Mecca, he gave up narrating this tradition as a statement of the Prophet (ﷺ). He said: Ahmad b. Hanbal forbade to report this tradition directly from the Prophet (ﷺ)
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: سلام کو کھینچ کر لمبا نہ کرنا سنت ہے ۔ عیسیٰ کہتے ہیں کہ عبداللہ بن مبارک نے مجھے اس حدیث کو مرفوع کرنے سے منع کیا ہے۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: میں نے ابوعمیر عیسیٰ بن یونس فاخری رملی سے سنا ہے انہوں نے کہا ہے کہ جب فریابی مکہ مکرمہ سے واپس آئے تو انہوں نے اس حدیث کو مرفوع کہنا ترک کر دیا اور کہا: احمد بن حنبل نے انہیں اس حدیث کو مرفوع روایت کرنے سے منع کر دیا ہے۔
