Rapporté par Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Quand un nourrisson a poussé un cri (et meurt ensuite), il est considéré comme héritier. »

حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْحَاقَ - عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قُسَيْطٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ الْمَوْلُودُ وُرِّثَ " .

Narrated AbuHurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When an infant has raised its voice (and then dies), it will be treated as an heir

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب بچہ آواز کرے تو وراثت کا حقدار ہو جائے گا ۱؎ ۔
