Hadith 2766 — Livre 15: Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad)
كتاب الجهاد
Al-Miswar ibn Makhramah et Marwan ibn Al Hakam رضي الله عنهما ont dit : « Ils sont convenus d’abandonner la guerre pendant dix ans, durant lesquels les gens bénéficient de la sécurité, à condition qu’il y ait sincérité entre eux et qu’il n’y ait ni vol ni trahison. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ، وَمَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنَّهُمُ اصْطَلَحُوا عَلَى وَضْعِ الْحَرْبِ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ يَأْمَنُ فِيهِنَّ النَّاسُ وَعَلَى أَنَّ بَيْنَنَا عَيْبَةً مَكْفُوفَةً وَأَنَّهُ لاَ إِسْلاَلَ وَلاَ إِغْلاَلَ .
Traduction anglaise
Al Miswar bin Makhramah and Marwan bin Al Hakam said “They agreed to abandon war for ten years during which the people which have security on the basis that there should be sincerity between them and that there should be not theft or treachery
Traduction en ourdou
عروہ بن زیبر سے روایت ہے کہ مسور بن مخرمہ رضی اللہ عنہ اور مروان بن حکم نے اس بات پر صلح کی کہ دس برس تک لڑائی بند رہے گی، اس مدت میں لوگ امن سے رہیں گے، طرفین کے دل ایک دوسرے کے بارے میں صاف رہیں گے ۱؎ اور نہ اعلانیہ لوٹ مار ہو گی نہ چوری چھپے ۲؎۔
