Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Umar رضي الله عنه : Nafi’ a dit qu’un esclave d’Ibn Umar s’était enfui chez l’ennemi, puis les musulmans les ont vaincus. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ le rendit à Ibn Umar et il ne fut pas distribué comme butin. Abu Dawud a dit : Les autres rapporteurs ont dit : Khalid ibn al-Walid le lui a rendu (à Ibn ‘Umar)

حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ سُهَيْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ - عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ غُلاَمًا، لاِبْنِ عُمَرَ أَبَقَ إِلَى الْعَدُوِّ فَظَهَرَ عَلَيْهِ الْمُسْلِمُونَ فَرَدَّهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَلَمْ يُقْسَمْ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ رَدَّهُ عَلَيْهِ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: Nafi' said that a slave of Ibn Umar ran away to the enemy, and then the Muslims overpowered them. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) returned him to Ibn Umar and that was not distributed (as a part of booty). Abu Dawud said: The other narrators said: Khalid b. al-Walid returned him to him (Ibd 'Umar)
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ ان کا ایک غلام دشمنوں کی جانب بھاگ گیا پھر مسلمان دشمن پر غالب آ گئے تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے یہ غلام عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کو واپس دے دیا، اسے مال غنیمت میں تقسیم نہیں کیا۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: دوسروں کی روایت میں ہے خالد بن ولید نے اسے انہیں لوٹا دیا۔
