Rapporté par Sa’id ibn Yarbu’ al-Makhzumi : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit, le jour de la conquête de La Mecque : « Il y a quatre personnes à qui je n’accorderai pas la protection, que ce soit dans le territoire sacré ou non sacré. » Il les a ensuite nommées. Il y avait deux chanteuses d’al-Maqis : l’une d’elles fut tuée et l’autre s’échappa et embrassa l’islam. Abu Dawud a dit : Je n’ai pas bien compris la chaîne de transmission de la part d’Ibn al-‘Ala’ comme je l’aurais voulu

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَرْبُوعٍ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جَدِّي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ " أَرْبَعَةٌ لاَ أُؤْمِنُهُمْ فِي حِلٍّ وَلاَ حَرَمٍ " . فَسَمَّاهُمْ . قَالَ وَقَيْنَتَيْنِ كَانَتَا لِمِقْيَسٍ فَقُتِلَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا وَأُفْلِتَتِ الأُخْرَى فَأَسْلَمَتْ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ لَمْ أَفْهَمْ إِسْنَادَهُ مِنِ ابْنِ الْعَلاَءِ كَمَا أُحِبُّ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Sa'id ibn Yarbu' al-Makhzumi: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: on the day of the conquest of Mecca: There are four persons whom I shall not give protection in the sacred and non-sacred territory. He then named them. There were two singing girls of al-Maqis; one of them was killed and the other escaped and embraced Islam. Abu Dawud said: I could not understand its chain of narrators from Ibn al-'Ala' as I liked
Traduction en ourdou
سعید بن یربوع مخزومی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فتح مکہ کے دن فرمایا: چار آدمیوں کو میں حرم اور حرم سے باہر کہیں بھی امان نہیں دیتا ، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے نام لیے، اور مقیس کی دو لونڈیوں کو، ایک ان میں سے قتل کی گئی، دوسری بھاگ گئی پھر وہ مسلمان ہو گئی۔
