كتاب الجهاد
‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه a rapporté que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « On ne doit pas traire le bétail de quelqu’un sans sa permission. Est-ce que l’un d’entre vous aimerait que quelqu’un entre dans son grenier, casse le stockage et disperse le blé ? De même, les pis de leur bétail contiennent leur nourriture. Donc, aucun de vous ne doit traire le bétail de quelqu’un sans sa permission. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَحْلُبَنَّ أَحَدٌ مَاشِيَةَ أَحَدٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤْتَى مَشْرَبَتُهُ فَتُكْسَرَ خِزَانَتُهُ فَيُنْتَثَلَ طَعَامُهُ فَإِنَّمَا تَخْزُنُ لَهُمْ ضُرُوعُ مَوَاشِيهِمْ أَطْعِمَتَهُمْ فَلاَ يَحْلُبَنَّ أَحَدٌ مَاشِيَةَ أَحَدٍ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
‘Abd Allah bin Umar reported the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) as saying “One should not milk the cattle of anyone without his permission. Does anyone of you like that any one approaches his corn cell and its storage is broken and then the corn scatters away? Likewise, the teats of their Cattle store their food. Therefore none of you should milk the cattle of anyone without his permission.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کوئی کسی کے جانور کو اس کی اجازت کے بغیر نہ دوہے، کیا تم میں سے کوئی اس بات کو پسند کرتا ہے کہ اس کے بالاخانہ میں آ کر اس کا گودام توڑ کر غلہ نکال لیا جائے؟ اسی طرح ان جانوروں کے تھن ان کے مالکوں کے گودام ہیں تو کوئی کسی کا جانور اس کی اجازت کے بغیر نہ دوہے ۔
