Rapporté par Abdullah al-Khutami : Lorsque le Prophète ﷺ voulait dire au revoir à une armée, il disait : « Je confie à Allah votre religion, ce dont vous êtes responsables et vos actions finales. »

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ السَّيْلَحِينِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الْخَطْمِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْخَطْمِيِّ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَسْتَوْدِعَ الْجَيْشَ قَالَ " أَسْتَوْدِعُ اللَّهَ دِينَكُمْ وَأَمَانَتَكُمْ وَخَوَاتِيمَ أَعْمَالِكُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abdullah al-Khutami: When the Prophet (ﷺ) wanted to say farewell to an army, he would say: I entrust to Allah your religion, what you are responsible for, and your final deeds

عبداللہ خطمی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب لشکر کو رخصت کرنے کا ارادہ کرتے تو فرماتے: «أستودع الله دينكم وأمانتكم وخواتيم أعمالكم» میں تمہارے دین، تمہاری امانت اور تمہارے انجام کار کو اللہ کے سپرد کرتا ہوں ۔
