كتاب الجهاد
Ilyas ibn Salamah (ibn Al Akwa’) رضي الله عنه a dit d’après son père : « Nous sommes partis en expédition avec Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه à l’époque du Messager d’Allah ﷺ et notre cri de guerre était : “Tuez ! Tuez !” »

حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ - رضى الله عنه - زَمَنَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَكَانَ شِعَارُنَا أَمِتْ أَمِتْ .
Traduction anglaise
Ilyas bin Salamah(bin Al Akwa’) said on the authority of his father “We went on an expedition with Abu Bakr (Allaah be pleased with him) in the time of the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) and our war cry was “Put to death” “Put to death”.”
Traduction en ourdou
سلمہ بن الاکوع رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں غزوہ کیا تو ہمارا شعار «أمت أمت» ۱؎ تھا۔
