Rapporté par Sa’id ibn AbulHasan رضي الله عنه : Le pommeau de l’épée du Messager d’Allah ﷺ était en argent. Qatadah a dit : « Je ne connais personne qui ait confirmé cela pour ce qui concerne la tradition rapportée par Sa’id ibn AbulHasan. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ كَانَتْ قَبِيعَةُ سَيْفِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِضَّةً . قَالَ قَتَادَةُ وَمَا عَلِمْتُ أَحَدًا تَابَعَهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Sa'id ibn AbulHasan: The pommel of the sword of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was of silver. Qatadah said: I do not know that anyone has supported him for that (for the tradition narrated by Sa'id b. Abu al-Hasan)

(حسن بصری کے بھائی) سعید بن ابوالحسن کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی تلوار کے دستہ کی خول چاندی کی تھی۔ قتادہ کہتے ہیں: میں نہیں جانتا کہ اس پر ان کی متابعت کسی اور شخص نے کی ہے۔
