كتاب الجهاد
‘Abd Allah bin Umar a dit : « Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a organisé une course entre des chevaux entraînés depuis Al Hafya’. L’arrivée était à Thaniyyat Al Wada’, et il a aussi organisé une course entre les chevaux des Banu Zuraiq, et j’ai participé à la course. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سَابَقَ بَيْنَ الْخَيْلِ الَّتِي قَدْ ضُمِّرَتْ مِنَ الْحَفْيَاءِ وَكَانَ أَمَدُهَا ثَنِيَّةَ الْوَدَاعِ وَسَابَقَ بَيْنَ الْخَيْلِ الَّتِي لَمْ تُضْمَرْ مِنَ الثَّنِيَّةِ إِلَى مَسْجِدِ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ وَإِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ كَانَ مِمَّنْ سَابَقَ بِهَا .
Traduction anglaise
‘Abd Allah bin Umar said “The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) held race between the horses which had been made lean by training from Al Hafya’. The goal was Thaniyyat Al Wada’ and he held a race between the horses Banu Zuraiq and ‘Abd Allaah was one of the racers
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پھرتیلے چھریرے بدن والے گھوڑوں کے درمیان ۱؎حفیاء سے ثنیۃ الوداع تک مقابلہ کرایا، اور غیر چھریرے بدن والے گھوڑوں، کے درمیان ثنیۃ الوداع سے مسجد بنی زریق تک مقابلہ کرایا اور عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما بھی مقابلہ کرنے والوں میں سے تھے۔
