كتاب الجهاد
Abu Sa’id Al Khudri رضي الله عنه a dit : « Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a envoyé une expédition contre les Banu Lihyan et a dit : “Que l’un de deux parte.” Puis il a dit à ceux qui restaient : “Si l’un d’entre vous prend soin de la famille et des biens d’un combattant, il recevra la moitié de la récompense de celui qui part (au jihad).” »

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، مَوْلَى الْمَهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَ إِلَى بَنِي لِحْيَانَ وَقَالَ : " لِيَخْرُجْ مِنْ كُلِّ رَجُلَيْنِ رَجُلٌ " . ثُمَّ قَالَ لِلْقَاعِدِينَ : " أَيُّكُمْ خَلَفَ الْخَارِجَ فِي أَهْلِهِ وَمَالِهِ بِخَيْرٍ كَانَ لَهُ مِثْلُ نِصْفِ أَجْرِ الْخَارِجِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Sa’id Al Khudri said “The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) sent an expedition towards Banu Lihyan and said “One of the two persons should go forth. He then said to those who sat (at home), If any one of you looks after the family and property of a warrior, he will receive half the reward of the one who goes forth (in jihad).”

ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بنو لحیان کی طرف ایک لشکر بھیجا اور فرمایا: ہر دو آدمی میں سے ایک آدمی نکل کھڑا ہو ، اور پھر خانہ نشینوں سے فرمایا: تم میں جو کوئی مجاہد کے اہل و عیال اور مال کی اچھی طرح خبرگیری کرے گا تو اسے جہاد کے لیے نکلنے والے کا نصف ثواب ملے گا ۔
