Hadith 2291 — Livre 13: Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq)
كتاب الطلاق
Abu Ishaq a dit : « J’étais avec Al Aswad dans la mosquée. Il a dit : “Fatimah, fille de Qays, est venue voir ‘Umar ibn Al Khattab رضي الله عنه. (Quand elle lui a raconté le récit de son divorce), il a dit : ‘Nous ne devons pas délaisser le Livre de notre Seigneur et la Sunna de notre Prophète ﷺ pour la parole d’une femme, dont nous ne savons pas si elle s’en souvient bien ou non.’” »

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ رُزَيْقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ كُنْتُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْجَامِعِ مَعَ الأَسْوَدِ فَقَالَ أَتَتْ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ - رضى الله عنه - فَقَالَ مَا كُنَّا لِنَدَعَ كِتَابَ رَبِّنَا وَسُنَّةَ نَبِيِّنَا صلى الله عليه وسلم لِقَوْلِ امْرَأَةٍ لاَ نَدْرِي أَحَفِظَتْ ذَلِكَ أَمْ لاَ .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Ishaq said “I was with Al Aswad in the congregational mosque. He said “Fathimah daughter of Qais came to ‘Umar bin Al Khattab(may Allaah be pleased with him). (When she narrated the tradition about her divorce) he said “We are not to leave the Book of our Lord and the Sunnah of our Prophet (ﷺ) for the statement of a woman, we do not know whether she remembered it or not.”
Traduction en ourdou
ابواسحاق کہتے ہیں کہ میں اسود کے ساتھ جامع مسجد میں تھا تو انہوں نے کہا: فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ عنہا عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس آئیں انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم اپنے رب کی کتاب اور اپنے نبی کی سنت کو ایک عورت کے کہنے پر نہیں چھوڑ سکتے، پتا نہیں اسے یہ ( اصل بات ) یاد بھی ہے یا بھول گئی ۱؎۔
