Hadith 2288 — Livre 13: Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq)

Le récit mentionné ci-dessus a aussi été transmis par Al Sha’bi par une autre chaîne de transmetteurs. Cette version précise : « Le mari de Fatimah, fille de Qais, lui a prononcé le triple divorce. Le Prophète ﷺ ne lui a pas accordé de pension ni de logement. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا، طَلَّقَهَا ثَلاَثًا فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَفَقَةً وَلاَ سُكْنَى .
Traduction anglaise
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Al Sha’bi through a different chain of narrators. This version has “The husband of Fathima daughter of Qais pronounced her triple divorce. The Prophet (ﷺ) did not allow her to have maintenance and dwelling.”

فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ ان کے شوہر نے انہیں تین طلاق دے دی تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نہ تو انہیں نفقہ دلایا، اور نہ ہی رہائش دلائی۔
