Hadith 2257 — Livre 13: Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq)
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit aux époux qui s’étaient maudits mutuellement : « Votre jugement appartient à Allah, car l’un de vous ment. Il n’y a plus de possibilité pour vous de vous remarier ensemble. » L’homme a alors demandé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ : « Et mes biens ? » Il a répondu : « Tu n’as aucun droit sur tes biens. Si tu as dit la vérité, c’est le prix du droit d’avoir eu des rapports avec elle, et si tu as menti contre elle, tu en es encore plus éloigné. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعَ عَمْرٌو، سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِلْمُتَلاَعِنَيْنِ " حِسَابُكُمَا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَحَدُكُمَا كَاذِبٌ لاَ سَبِيلَ لَكَ عَلَيْهَا " . قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَالِي . قَالَ " لاَ مَالَ لَكَ إِنْ كُنْتَ صَدَقْتَ عَلَيْهَا فَهُوَ بِمَا اسْتَحْلَلْتَ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا وَإِنْ كُنْتَ كَذَبْتَ عَلَيْهَا فَذَلِكَ أَبْعَدُ لَكَ " .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn ‘Umar said “The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) said to the spouses who invoked curses on each other. Your reckoning is in Allaah’s hands for one of you is liar there is no way for you to (remarry) her. He then asked Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) what about my property? He replied “There is no property for you. If you have spoken the truth, it is the price for your having had the right to intercourse with her and if you have lied against her it is still more remote for you
Traduction en ourdou
سعید بن جبیر کہتے ہیں: میں نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کو کہتے سنا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دونوں لعان کرنے والوں سے فرمایا: تم دونوں کا حساب اللہ پر ہے، تم میں سے ایک تو جھوٹا ہے ہی ( مرد سے فرمایا ) اب تجھے اس پر کچھ اختیار نہیں ، اس پر اس نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! میرے مال کا کیا ہو گا؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تمہارا کوئی مال نہیں، اگر تم اس پر تہمت لگانے میں سچے ہو تو مال کے بدلے اس کی شرمگاہ حلال کر چکے ہو اور اگر تم نے اس پر جھوٹ بولا ہے تب تو کسی طرح بھی تم مال کے مستحق نہیں ۔
