كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Aisha, la mère des croyants رضي الله عنها : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Le divorce d’une esclave consiste à le prononcer deux fois et sa période d’attente est de deux cycles menstruels (qur’). » Abu Asim a dit : Une tradition similaire m’a été rapportée par Muzahir et al-Qasim, d’après Aisha رضي الله عنها, du Prophète ﷺ, sauf qu’il a dit : « Et sa période d’attente (‘iddah) est de deux cycles. » Abu Dawud a dit : Cette tradition est obscure

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ مُظَاهِرٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " طَلاَقُ الأَمَةِ تَطْلِيقَتَانِ وَقُرْؤُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُظَاهِرٌ حَدَّثَنِي الْقَاسِمُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِثْلَهُ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ " وَعِدَّتُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَهُوَ حَدِيثٌ مَجْهُولٌ .

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The divorce of a slave-woman consists in saying it twice and her waiting period is two menstrual courses (qur') AbuAsim said: A similar tradition has been narrated to me by Muzahir and al-Qasim on the authority of Aisha from the Prophet (ﷺ), except that he said: And her waiting period ('iddah) is two courses. Abu Dawud said: This tradition is obscure
Traduction en ourdou
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: لونڈی کی طلاق دو ہیں اور اس کے قروء دو حیض ہیں ۔ ابوعاصم کہتے ہیں: مجھ سے مظاہر نے بیان کیا وہ کہتے ہیں: مجھ سے قاسم نے انہوں نے ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی کے مثل روایت کیا ہے، لیکن اس میں ہے کہ اس کی عدت دو حیض ہے۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ مجہول حدیث ہے۔
