Hadith 2165 — Livre 12: Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah)
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Anas ibn Malik رضي الله عنه : « Chez les Juifs, lorsqu’une femme avait ses règles, ils ne mangeaient ni ne buvaient avec elle et ne vivaient pas avec elle dans leurs maisons. On a donc interrogé le Messager d’Allah ﷺ à ce sujet. Alors Allah, le Très-Haut, a révélé : “Ils t’interrogent au sujet des menstrues. Dis : c’est une gêne. Éloignez-vous donc des femmes pendant les menstrues…” Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : “Vivez avec elles dans les maisons et faites tout sauf avoir des rapports.” Les Juifs ont alors dit : “Cet homme ne laisse rien de ce que nous faisons sans s’y opposer.” Usaid ibn Hudair et Abbad ibn Bishr sont venus voir le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et ont dit : “Messager d’Allah ﷺ, les Juifs disent ceci et cela. Ne devrions-nous pas avoir des rapports avec elles pendant leurs règles ?” Le visage du Messager d’Allah ﷺ a changé, et nous avons pensé qu’il était fâché contre eux, alors ils sont sortis. Ils ont rencontré un cadeau de lait qui était apporté au Messager d’Allah ﷺ, et il les a fait appeler, ce qui nous a rassurés qu’il n’était pas fâché contre eux. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ الْيَهُودَ، كَانَتْ إِذَا حَاضَتْ مِنْهُمُ امْرَأَةٌ أَخْرَجُوهَا مِنَ الْبَيْتِ وَلَمْ يُؤَاكِلُوهَا وَلَمْ يُشَارِبُوهَا وَلَمْ يُجَامِعُوهَا فِي الْبَيْتِ فَسُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى { يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ } إِلَى آخِرِ الآيَةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " جَامِعُوهُنَّ فِي الْبُيُوتِ وَاصْنَعُوا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ غَيْرَ النِّكَاحِ " . فَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ مَا يُرِيدُ هَذَا الرَّجُلُ أَنْ يَدَعَ شَيْئًا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا إِلاَّ خَالَفَنَا فِيهِ . فَجَاءَ أُسَيْدُ بْنُ حُضَيْرٍ وَعَبَّادُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالاَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ الْيَهُودَ تَقُولُ كَذَا وَكَذَا أَفَلاَ نَنْكِحُهُنَّ فِي الْمَحِيضِ فَتَمَعَّرَ وَجْهُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَتَّى ظَنَنَّا ��َنْ قَدْ وَجِدَ عَلَيْهِمَا فَخَرَجَا فَاسْتَقْبَلَتْهُمَا هَدِيَّةٌ مِنْ لَبَنٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَبَعَثَ فِي آثَارِهِمَا فَسَقَاهُمَا فَظَنَنَّا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَجِدْ عَلَيْهِمَا .
Traduction anglaise
Anas bin Malik said Among the Jews when a woman menstruated, they did not eat with her and drink with her and did not associate with her in their houses, so the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) was questioned about it. Hence, Allah the Exalted revealed “And they ask you about menstruation,. Say “It is harmful, so keep aloof from women during menstruation till the end of the verse. The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) said “Associate with them in the houses and do everything except sexual intercourse. The Jews thereupon said “This man does not leave anything we do without opposing us in it. Usaid bin Hudair and Abbad bin Bishr came to the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) and said, Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) the Jews are saying such and such. Shall we not have intercourse with them during their menstruation? The face of the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) underwent such a change that we thought he was angry with them, so they went out. They were met by a gift of milk which was being brought to the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) and he sent after them, whereby we felt that he was not angry with them
Traduction en ourdou
انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ یہودیوں میں جب کوئی عورت حائضہ ہو جاتی تو اسے گھر سے نکال دیتے نہ اس کے ساتھ کھاتے پیتے اور نہ ہی اسے گھر میں رکھتے، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس سلسلہ میں دریافت کیا گیا تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائی «يسألونك عن المحيض قل هو أذى فاعتزلوا النساء في المحيض» لوگ آپ سے حیض کے متعلق سوال کرتے ہیں تو کہہ دیجئیے کہ وہ گندگی ہے لہٰذا تم حیض کی حالت میں عورتوں سے علیحدہ رہو ( سورۃ البقرہ: ۲۲۲ ) ، چنانچہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ: انہیں گھروں میں رکھو اور جماع کے علاوہ ہر کام کرو ، اس پر یہودیوں نے کہا کہ: یہ شخص تو ہمارے ہر کام کی مخالفت کرتا ہے، چنانچہ اسید بن حضیر اور عباد بن بشر رضی اللہ عنہما رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور کہنے لگے: اللہ کے رسول! یہودی ایسا ایسا کہہ رہے ہیں، تو کیا ہم ( ان کی مخالفت میں ) عورتوں سے حالت حیض میں جماع نہ کرنے لگیں؟ یہ سن کر اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا چہرہ متغیر ہو گیا، یہاں تک کہ ہمیں اپنے اوپر آپ کی ناراضگی کا گمان ہونے لگا چنانچہ دونوں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس سے نکل آئے، اسی اثناء میں آپ کے پاس دودھ کا ہدیہ آ گیا، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں بلوا بھیجا جس سے ہمیں لگا کہ آپ ان سے ناراض نہیں ہیں۔
