Hadith 2109 — Livre 12: Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah)
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Anas رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ remarqua une trace jaune sur ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn ‘Awf. Le Prophète ﷺ demanda : « Qu’est-ce que c’est ? » Il répondit : « Messager d’Allah, je me suis marié. » Il demanda : « Quelle dot lui as-tu donnée ? » Il répondit : « Un poids de nawat en or. » Il dit : « Organise un festin de mariage, même si ce n’est qu’avec un mouton. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، وَحُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَأَى عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَوْفٍ وَعَلَيْهِ رَدْعُ زَعْفَرَانٍ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَهْيَمْ " . فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً . قَالَ " مَا أَصْدَقْتَهَا " . قَالَ وَزْنَ نَوَاةٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ . قَالَ " أَوْلِمْ وَلَوْ بِشَاةٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Anas:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saw the trace of yellow on 'Abd al-Rahman b. 'Awf. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: What is this ? He replied: Messenger of Allah, I have married a woman. He asked: How much dower did you give her ? He said: A nawat weight of gold. He said: Hold a wedding feast, even if only with a sheep
Traduction en ourdou
انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عبدالرحمٰن بن عوف رضی اللہ عنہ کے جسم پر زعفران کا اثر دیکھا تو پوچھا: یہ کیا ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! میں نے ایک عورت سے شادی کر لی ہے، پوچھا: اسے کتنا مہر دیا ہے؟ جواب دیا: گٹھلی ( نواۃ ۱؎ ) کے برابر سونا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ولیمہ کرو چاہے ایک بکری سے ہی کیوں نہ ہو ۲؎ ۔
