Hadith 2088 — Livre 12: Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah)
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Samurah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Toute femme mariée par deux tuteurs (à deux hommes différents) appartient au premier d’entre eux, et toute chose vendue par un homme à deux personnes appartient au premier. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، - الْمَعْنَى - عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Samurah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Any woman who is married by two guardians (to two different men) belongs to the first woman who is married by two guardians (to two different men) belongs to the first of them and anything sold by a man to two persons belongs to the first of them
Traduction en ourdou
سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس عورت کا نکاح دو ولی کر دیں تو وہ اس کی ہو گی جس سے پہلے نکاح ہوا ہے اور جس شخص نے ایک ہی چیز کو دو آدمیوں سے فروخت کر دیا تو وہ اس کی ہے جس سے پہلے بیچی گئی ۔
