Hadith 2085 — Livre 12: Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah)
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Abu Musa رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Il n’y a pas de mariage sans l’autorisation d’un tuteur. » Abu Dawud a dit : « Le narrateur Yunus a aussi rapporté cela d’Abu Burdah, et Isra’il a rapporté d’Abu Ishaq d’après Abu Burdah. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ بْنِ أَعْيَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، وَإِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ نِكَاحَ إِلاَّ بِوَلِيٍّ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ هُوَ يُونُسُ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ وَإِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Musa: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: There is no marriage without the permission of a guardian. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Yunus also transmitted on the authority of Abu Burdah, and Isra'il narrated from Abu Ishaq on the authority of Abu Burdah
Traduction en ourdou
ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ولی کے بغیر نکاح نہیں ہے ۔
