كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Ali ibn Abu Talib رضي الله عنه : (Le narrateur Isma'il a dit : Je pense que ash-Sha'bi a attribué ce récit au Prophète) Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Qu’Allah maudisse celui qui épouse une femme divorcée dans le but de la rendre licite pour son premier mari, ainsi que celui pour qui elle est rendue licite. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رضى الله عنه - قَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ وَأُرَاهُ قَدْ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم - أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّلَ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib: (The narrator Isma'il said: I think ash-Sha'bi attributed this tradition to the Prophet) The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Curse be upon the one who marries a divorced woman with the intention of making her lawful for her former husband and upon the one for whom she is made lawful

علی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: حلالہ کرنے والے اور کرانے والے دونوں پر اللہ نے لعنت کی ہے۱؎ ۔
