Hadith 2074 — Livre 12: Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah)
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit le mariage shighar. Musaddad a ajouté dans sa version : « J’ai demandé à Nafi’ : “Qu’est-ce que le shighar ?” (Cela signifie qu’) un homme marie sa fille à un autre homme et lui donne sa propre fille en mariage sans fixer de dot ; ou un homme marie sa sœur à un autre et lui donne sa propre sœur en mariage sans fixer de dot. »

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الشِّغَارِ . زَادَ مُسَدَّدٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قُلْتُ لِنَافِعٍ مَا الشِّغَارُ قَالَ يَنْكِحُ ابْنَةَ الرَّجُلِ وَيُنْكِحُهُ ابْنَتَهُ بِغَيْرِ صَدَاقٍ وَيَنْكِحُ أُخْتَ الرَّجُلِ وَيُنْكِحُهُ أُخْتَهُ بِغَيْرِ صَدَاقٍ .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn ‘Umar said “The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) prohibited shighar marriage. Musaddad added in his version “I said to ‘Nafi “What is shighar?” (It means that) a man marries the daughter of another man and gives his own daughter to him in marriage without fixing dower; and a man marries the sister of another man and gives him his sister in marriage without fixing dower
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نکاح شغار سے منع فرمایا۔ مسدد نے اپنی حدیث میں اتنا اضافہ کیا ہے: میں نے نافع سے پوچھا: شغار ۱؎ کیا ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا آدمی کسی کی بیٹی سے نکاح ( بغیر مہر کے ) کرے، اور اپنی بیٹی کا نکاح اس سے بغیر مہر کے کر دے اسی طرح کسی کی بہن سے ( بغیر مہر کے ) نکاح کرے اور اپنی بہن کا نکاح اس سے بغیر مہر کے کر دے ۲؎۔
