Hadith 2043 — Livre 11: The Rites of Hajj (Kitab Al-Manasik Wa'l-Hajj)

Rapporté par Rabi'ah ibn al-Hudayr : Je n’ai pas entendu Talhah ibn Ubaydullah rapporter une tradition du Messager d’Allah ﷺ sauf une seule. J’ai demandé : « Laquelle ? » Il a dit : « Nous sommes sortis avec le Messager d’Allah ﷺ qui allait visiter les tombes des martyrs. Quand nous avons gravi Harrah Waqim puis en sommes descendus, nous avons trouvé des tombes au détour de la vallée. Nous avons demandé : “Messager d’Allah, sont-ce les tombes de nos frères ?” Il a répondu : “Les tombes de nos compagnons.” Quand nous sommes arrivés aux tombes des martyrs, il a dit : “Voici les tombes de nos frères.” »

حَدَّثَنَا حَامِدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْنٍ الْمَدِينِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْهُدَيْرِ - قَالَ مَا سَمِعْتُ طَلْحَةَ بْنَ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَدِيثًا قَطُّ غَيْرَ حَدِيثٍ وَاحِدٍ . قَالَ قُلْتُ وَمَا هُوَ قَالَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُرِيدُ قُبُورَ الشُّهَدَاءِ حَتَّى إِذَا أَشْرَفْنَا عَلَى حَرَّةِ وَاقِمٍ فَلَمَّا تَدَلَّيْنَا مِنْهَا وَإِذَا قُبُورٌ بِمَحْنِيَّةٍ قَالَ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَقُبُورُ إِخْوَانِنَا هَذِهِ قَالَ " قُبُورُ أَصْحَابِنَا " . فَلَمَّا جِئْنَا قُبُورَ الشُّهَدَاءِ قَالَ " هَذِهِ قُبُورُ إِخْوَانِنَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Rabi'ah ibn al-Hudayr: Rabi'ah ibn al-Hudayr said: I did not hear Talhah ibn Ubaydullah narrating any tradition from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) except one tradition. I (Rabi'ah ibn AbuAbdurRahman) asked: What is that? He said: We went out along with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) who was going to visit the graves of the martyrs. When we ascended Harrah Waqim, and then descended from it, we found there some graves at the turning of the valley. We asked: Messenger of Allah, are these the graves of our brethren? He replied: Graves of our companions. When we came to the graves of martyrs, he said: These are the graves of our brethren
Traduction en ourdou
ربیعہ بن ہدیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے طلحہ بن عبیداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو سوائے اس ایک حدیث کے کوئی اور حدیث رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے نہیں سنا، میں نے عرض کیا: وہ کون سی حدیث ہے؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: ہم لوگ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ نکلے، آپ شہداء کی قبروں کا ارادہ رکھتے تھے جب ہم حرۂ واقم ( ایک ٹیلے کا نام ہے ) پر چڑھے اور اس پر سے اترے تو دیکھا کہ وادی کے موڑ پر کئی قبریں ہیں، ہم نے پوچھا: اللہ کے رسول! کیا ہمارے بھائیوں کی قبریں یہی ہیں؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ہمارے صحابہ کی قبریں ہیں ۱؎ ، جب ہم شہداء کی قبروں کے پاس پہنچے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ ہمارے بھائیوں کی قبریں ہیں ۲؎ ۔
