‘Abd Allah bin ‘Amr bin Al ‘As رضي الله عنه a dit : L’Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ s’est arrêté à Mina lors du Pèlerinage d’Adieu, car les gens voulaient l’interroger sur les rites du Hajj. Un homme est venu et a dit : « Envoyé d’Allah, par ignorance, j’ai rasé ma tête avant de sacrifier. » L’Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ a répondu : « Sacrifie, il n’y a pas de mal. » Un autre homme est venu et a dit : « Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ, par ignorance, j’ai sacrifié avant de lancer les cailloux. » Il a répondu : « Lance-les, il n’y a pas de mal. » On ne lui a rien demandé au sujet d’un acte fait avant ou après son moment, sans qu’il dise : « Fais-le, il n’y a pas de mal. »

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ وَقَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ بِمِنًى يَسْأَلُونَهُ فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي لَمْ أَشْعُرْ فَحَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَذْبَحَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اذْبَحْ وَلاَ حَرَجَ " . وَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ آخَرُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَمْ أَشْعُرْ فَنَحَرْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ . قَالَ " ارْمِ وَلاَ حَرَجَ " . قَالَ فَمَا سُئِلَ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنْ شَىْءٍ قُدِّمَ أَوْ أُخِّرَ إِلاَّ قَالَ " اصْنَعْ وَلاَ حَرَجَ " .
Traduction anglaise
‘Abd Allaah bin ‘Amr bin Al ‘As said “The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) stopped during the Farewell Pilgrimage at Mina, as the people were to ask him(about the rites of Hajj). A man came and said Apostle of Allaah being ignorant, I shaved before sacrificing. The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) replied “Sacrifice, for no harm will come.” Another man came and said “Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ), being ignorant, I sacrificed before throwing the pebbles.” He replied “Throw them for no harm will come.” He (the Prophet) was not asked about anything which had been done before or after its proper time without saying “Do it, for no harm will come.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم حجۃ الوداع میں منیٰ میں ٹھہرے، لوگ آپ سے سوالات کر رہے تھے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس ایک شخص آیا اور بولا: اللہ کے رسول! مجھے معلوم نہ تھا میں نے ذبح کرنے سے پہلے سر منڈا لیا، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ذبح کر لو کوئی حرج نہیں ، پھر ایک اور شخص آیا اور بولا: اللہ کے رسول! مجھے معلوم نہ تھا میں نے رمی کرنے سے پہلے نحر کر لیا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: رمی کر لو، کوئی حرج نہیں ، اس طرح جتنی چیزوں کے بارے میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا گیا جو آگے پیچھے ہو گئیں تھیں آپ نے فرمایا: کر ڈالو، کوئی حرج نہیں ۔
