Rapporté par Sulaiman b. 'Amr b. al-Ahwas, d’après sa mère : J’ai vu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ lancer des cailloux sur la jamrah depuis le bas de la vallée alors qu’il était à dos de chameau. Il disait le takbir (Allah est le plus grand) à chaque lancer. Un homme derrière lui lui faisait de l’ombre. J’ai demandé qui était cet homme. Les gens ont répondu : « C’est al-Fadl b. al-‘Abbas. » La foule était nombreuse. Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Ô gens, ne vous bousculez pas ; lorsque vous lancez les cailloux à la jamrah, lancez de petits cailloux. »

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ، قَالَتْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَرْمِي الْجَمْرَةَ مِنْ بَطْنِ الْوَادِي وَهُوَ رَاكِبٌ يُكَبِّرُ مَعَ كُلِّ حَصَاةٍ وَرَجُلٌ مِنْ خَلْفِهِ يَسْتُرُهُ فَسَأَلْتُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ فَقَالُوا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ وَازْدَحَمَ النَّاسُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ لاَ يَقْتُلْ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا وَإِذَا رَمَيْتُمُ الْجَمْرَةَ فَارْمُوا بِمِثْلِ حَصَى الْخَذْفِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Sulaiman b. 'Amr b. al-Ahwas:On the authority of his mother: I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) throwing pebbles at the jamrah from the botton of wadi (valley) while he was riding (on a camel). He was uttering the takbir (Allah is most great) with each pebble. A man behind him was shading him. I asked about the man. They (the people) said: He is al-Fadl b. al-'Abbas. The people crowded. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'O people, do not kill each other ; when you throw pebbled at the jamrah, throw small pebbles
Traduction en ourdou
والدہ سلیمان بن عمرو بن احوص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو سوار ہو کر بطن وادی سے جمرہ پر رمی کرتے دیکھا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہر کنکری پر تکبیر کہتے تھے، ایک شخص آپ کے پیچھے تھا، وہ آپ پر آڑ کر رہا تھا، میں نے پوچھا: یہ کون ہے؟ تو لوگوں نے کہا: فضل بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما ہیں، اور لوگوں کی بھیڑ ہو گئی، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: لوگو! تم میں سے کوئی کسی کو قتل نہ کرے ( یعنی بھیڑ کی وجہ سے ایک دوسرے کو کچل نہ ڈالے ) اور جب تم رمی کرو تو ایسی چھوٹی کنکریوں سے مارو جنہیں تم دونوں انگلیوں کے بیچ رکھ سکو ۔
