Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : L’Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il y a cinq (animaux) dont il est permis de se débarrasser dans le territoire sacré : le serpent, le scorpion, la buse, le rat et le chien agressif. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَحْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " خَمْسٌ قَتْلُهُنَّ حَلاَلٌ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْحَيَّةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Hurairah reported the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) as saying There are five(creatures) the killing of which is lawful in the sacred territory. The Snake, the Scorpion, the Kite, the Rat and the biting Dog

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پانچ جانور ایسے ہیں جنہیں حرم میں بھی مارنا حلال ہے: سانپ، بچھو، کوا، چیل، چوہیا، اور کاٹ کھانے والا کتا ۔
