Rapporté par Jabir ibn Abdullah رضي الله عنه : L’Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ et ses compagnons ont prononcé la talbiyah pour le Hajj. Aucun d’eux n’avait amené d’animaux à sacrifier, sauf le Prophète ﷺ et Talhah. Ali رضي الله عنه était revenu du Yémen avec des animaux à sacrifier. Il a dit : « J’ai prononcé la talbiyah pour ce que l’Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ a prononcé. » Le Prophète ﷺ ordonna à ses compagnons de transformer leur intention en `Umrah, de se couper les cheveux après avoir parcouru al-Safa et al-Marwah, puis de retirer leur ihram, sauf ceux qui avaient des animaux à sacrifier. Ils dirent : « Allons-nous à Mina alors que nos organes génitaux dégouttent de liquide pré-éjaculatoire ? » Ces propos parvinrent à l’Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ. Il dit alors : « Si j’avais su à l’avance ce que je sais maintenant, je n’aurais pas amené d’animaux à sacrifier. Si je n’en avais pas amené, j’aurais retiré mon ihram. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبٌ، - يَعْنِي الْمُعَلِّمَ - عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَهَلَّ هُوَ وَأَصْحَابُهُ بِالْحَجِّ وَلَيْسَ مَعَ أَحَدٍ مِنْهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ هَدْىٌ إِلاَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَطَلْحَةَ وَكَانَ عَلِيٌّ - رضى الله عنه - قَدِمَ مِنَ الْيَمَنِ وَمَعَهُ الْهَدْىُ فَقَالَ أَهْلَلْتُ بِمَا أَهَلَّ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَمَرَ أَصْحَابَهُ أَنْ يَجْعَلُوهَا عُمْرَةً يَطُوفُوا ثُمَّ يُقَصِّرُوا وَيَحِلُّوا إِلاَّ مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ الْهَدْىُ فَقَالُوا أَنَنْطَلِقُ إِلَى مِنًى وَذُكُورُنَا تَقْطُرُ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " لَوْ أَنِّي اسْتَقْبَلْتُ مِنْ أَمْرِي مَا اسْتَدْبَرْتُ مَا أَهْدَيْتُ وَلَوْلاَ أَنَّ مَعِيَ الْهَدْىَ لأَحْلَلْتُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir bin Abdullah said The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) and his companions raised their voices in talbiyah for Hajj. No one of them had brought the sacrificial animals with them except the Prophet(ﷺ) and Talhah. Ali (may Allaah be pleased with him) had returned from Yemen and had brought sacrificial animals with him. He said I raised my voice in talbiyah for which the Apostle of Allaah (ﷺ) raised his voice. The Prophet (ﷺ) commanded his companions to change it into ‘Umrah and clip their hair after running (between Al Safa’ and Al Marwah), and then take off their ihram except those who brought the sacrificial animals with them. They remarked should we go to Mina with our penises dripping with prostatic fluid? These remarks reached the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ). Thereupon he said “had I known before hand about my affair what I have come to know later, I would not have brought sacrificial animals. Had I not brought sacrificial animals with me, I would have put off my ihram. “
Traduction en ourdou
جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور آپ کے صحابہ کرام نے حج کا احرام باندھا ان میں سے اس دن نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے علاوہ کسی کے پاس ہدی کے جانور نہیں تھے اور علی رضی اللہ عنہ یمن سے ساتھ ہدی لے کر آئے تھے تو انہوں نے کہا: میں نے اسی کا احرام باندھا ہے جس کا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے باندھا ہے، اور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے صحابہ کو حکم دیا کہ وہ حج کو عمرہ میں بدل لیں یعنی وہ طواف کر لیں پھر بال کتروا لیں اور پھر احرام کھول دیں سوائے ان لوگوں کے جن کے ساتھ ہدی ہو، تو لوگوں نے عرض کیا: کیا ہم منیٰ کو اس حال میں جائیں کہ ہمارے ذکر منی ٹپکا رہے ہوں، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو جب یہ معلوم ہوا تو آپ نے فرمایا: اگر مجھے پہلے سے یہ معلوم ہوتا جو اب معلوم ہوا ہے تو میں ہدی نہ لاتا، اور اگر میرے ساتھ ہدی نہ ہوتا تو میں بھی احرام کھول دیتا ۔
