كتاب المناسك والحج
Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه a rapporté que le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Une femme qui croit en Allah et au Jour dernier ne doit pas voyager une journée et une nuit. » Il a ensuite rapporté le reste du récit avec le même sens (que ci-dessus). Le rapporteur al-Nufaili a dit : Malik nous l’a rapporté. Abu Dawud a dit : Les rapporteurs al-Nufail et al-Qa’nabi n’ont pas mentionné les mots « de la part de son père ». Ibn Wahb et ‘Uthman bin ‘Umr ont rapporté de Malik les mêmes mots que ceux rapportés par al-Qa’nabi (c’est-à-dire sans les mots « de la part de son père »)

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، وَالنُّفَيْلِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، - قَالَ الْحَسَنُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ثُمَّ اتَّفَقُوا - عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً " . فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ وَالنُّفَيْلِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ مَالِكٍ كَمَا قَالَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Hurairah reported the Prophet (SWAS) as saying :A woman who believes in Allah and the last Day must not make a journey of a day and a night. He then narrated the rest of the tradition to the same effect (as above). The narrator al-Nufaili said : Malik narrated us. Abu Dawud said : The narrators al-Nufail and al_Qa’nabi did not mention the words “from his father”. Ibn Wahb and ‘Uthman bin ‘Umr narrated from Malik the same words as narrated by al-Qa’nabi (i.e. omitted the words “from his father”)

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللہ اور یوم آخرت پر ایمان رکھنے والی عورت کے لیے یہ حلال نہیں کہ وہ ایک دن اور ایک رات کا سفر کرے ۔ پھر انہوں نے اسی مفہوم کی حدیث ذکر کی جو اوپر گزری۔
