Hadith 97 — Livre 1: Purification (Kitab Al-Taharah)
كتاب الطهارة
Rapporté par ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Amr رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a vu des gens (faire leurs ablutions) alors que leurs talons étaient secs. Il a alors dit : « Malheur aux talons à cause de l’Enfer ! Faites bien vos ablutions. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنْ هِلاَلِ بْنِ يِسَافٍ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَأَى قَوْمًا وَأَعْقَابُهُمْ تَلُوحُ فَقَالَ " وَيْلٌ لِلأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ أَسْبِغُوا الْوُضُوءَ " .
Traduction anglaise
‘Abd Allah b. ‘Amr reported :The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saw some people (performing ablution) while their heels were dry. He then said : Woe to the heels because of Hell. Perform the ablution in full

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک قوم کو اس حال میں دیکھا کہ وضو کرنے میں ان کی ایڑیاں ( پانی نہ پہنچنے کی وجہ سے ) خشک تھیں تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ایڑیوں کو بھگونے میں کوتاہی کرنے والوں کے لیے جہنم کی آگ سے تباہی ہے وضو پوری طرح سے کرو ۱؎ ۔
