Une tradition similaire a été transmise par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه par une autre chaîne de rapporteurs. Mais cette version a été rapportée comme une parole d’Abu Huraira lui-même et non attribuée au Prophète ﷺ. Cette version ajoute : « Si un chat lèche (un récipient), il suffit de le laver une fois. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُلَيْمَانَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، بِمَعْنَاهُ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعَاهُ زَادَ " وَإِذَا وَلَغَ الْهِرُّ غُسِلَ مَرَّةً " .
Traduction anglaise
A similar tradition has been transmitted by Abu Hurairah through a different chain of narrators. But this version has been narrated as a statement of Abu Hurairah himself and not attributed to the Prophet (sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam ). The version has the addition of the words :"If the cat licks (a utensil), it should be washed once

محمد (ابن سیرین) ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے اسی مفہوم کی حدیث روایت کرتے ہیں، لیکن ان دونوں ( حماد بن زید اور معتمر ) نے اس حدیث کو مرفوعاً نقل نہیں کیا ہے، اور اس میں اتنا اضافہ ہے کہ: جب بلی کسی برتن میں منہ ڈال دے تو ایک بار دھویا جائے گا ۔
