Hadith 381 — Livre 1: Purification (Kitab Al-Taharah)
كتاب الطهارة
Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Ma'qil ibn Muqarrin : Un bédouin a prié avec le Prophète ﷺ. Il a ensuite raconté le récit (n°380) concernant l’urine de ce bédouin. Cette version ajoute : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Enlevez la terre où il a uriné et jetez-la, puis versez de l’eau à cet endroit. » Abu Dawud a dit : Ceci est un hadith mursal (c’est-à-dire que le rapporteur cite directement le Prophète ﷺ, bien qu’il ne l’ait pas vu). Ibn Ma'qil n’a pas vu le Prophète ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ حَازِمٍ - قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُمَيْرٍ - يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ، قَالَ صَلَّى أَعْرَابِيٌّ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ قَالَ فِيهِ وَقَالَ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " خُذُوا مَا بَالَ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ التُّرَابِ فَأَلْقُوهُ وَأَهْرِيقُوا عَلَى مَكَانِهِ مَاءً " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَهُوَ مُرْسَلٌ ابْنُ مَعْقِلٍ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abdullah ibn Ma'qil ibn Muqarrin: A bedouin prayed with the Prophet (ﷺ). He then narrated the tradition (No 0380) about urinating of that bedouin. This version adds: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Remove the earth where he urinated and throw it away and pour water upon the place. Abu Dawud said: This is a mursal tradition (i.e. the narrator quotes the Prophet (ﷺ) directly, although he did not see him). Ibn Ma'qil did not see the Prophet (ﷺ)

عبداللہ بن معقل بن مقرن کہتے ہیں کہ ایک اعرابی نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ نماز پڑھی، پھر انہوں نے اعرابی کے پیشاب کرنے کے اسی قصہ کو بیان کیا اس میں ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس مٹی پر اس نے پیشاب کیا ہے وہ اٹھا کر پھینک دو اور اس کی جگہ پر پانی بہا دو ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ روایت مرسل ہے اس لیے کہ ابن معقل نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو نہیں پایا ہے۔
