Rapporté par Umm 'Atiyyah à travers une autre chaîne de transmetteurs. Abu Dawud a dit : Le nom d’Umm al-Hudhail est Hafsah, fille de Sirin. Le nom de son fils était Hudhail et son mari s’appelait 'Abd al-Rahman

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، بِمِثْلِهِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ أُمُّ الْهُذَيْلِ هِيَ حَفْصَةُ بِنْتُ سِيرِينَ كَانَ ابْنُهَا اسْمُهُ هُذَيْلٌ وَاسْمُ زَوْجِهَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ .
Traduction anglaise
Umm 'Atiyyah has narrated this tradition through a different chain of transmitters. Abu DAwud said:The name of Umm al-Hudhail is Hafsah daughter os Sirin. The name of her son was Hudhail and his husband 'Abd al-Rahman

اس سند سے بھی ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے اسی کے مثل مروی ہے۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: ام ہذیل حفصہ بنت سیرین ہیں، ان کے لڑکے کا نام ہذیل اور شوہر کا نام عبدالرحمٰن ہے ۱؎۔
