Ce récit a été rapporté par une autre chaîne de la part de ‘Aishah رضي الله عنها. Abu Dawud a dit : Yahya b. Sa’id al-Qattan a dit à quelqu’un : « Rapporte ces deux récits de ma part », c’est-à-dire un récit de la part d’al-A’mash, de Habib (concernant l’embrassade), un autre par la même chaîne concernant une femme qui a un écoulement prolongé de sang et à qui on demande de faire les ablutions pour chaque prière. Yahya a dit : « Rapporte de ma part que ces deux récits sont faibles concernant leur chaîne de transmission. » Abu Dawud a dit : Al-Thawri aurait dit : Habib nous a rapporté ce récit uniquement de la part d’Urwat al-Muzani, c’est-à-dire qu’il n’a rien rapporté de la part d’Urwah b. al-Zubair. Abu Dawud a dit : Hamzah al-Zayyat a rapporté un récit authentique de la part de Habib, de ‘Urwah b. al-Zubair, de ‘Aishah

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ الطَّالْقَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَغْرَاءَ - حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَصْحَابٌ، لَنَا عَنْ عُرْوَةَ الْمُزَنِيِّ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ لِرَجُلٍ احْكِ عَنِّي أَنَّ هَذَيْنِ - يَعْنِي حَدِيثَ الأَعْمَشِ هَذَا عَنْ حَبِيبٍ وَحَدِيثَهُ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ فِي الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ أَنَّهَا تَتَوَضَّأُ لِكُلِّ صَلاَةٍ - قَالَ يَحْيَى احْكِ عَنِّي أَنَّهُمَا شِبْهُ لاَ شَىْءَ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَرُوِيَ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ مَا حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبٌ إِلاَّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ الْمُزَنِيِّ يَعْنِي لَمْ يُحَدِّثْهُمْ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بِشَىْءٍ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَدْ رَوَى حَمْزَةُ الزَّيَّاتُ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ حَدِيثًا صَحِيحًا .
Traduction anglaise
This tradition has been reported through another chain of narrators on the authority of 'Aishah. Abu Dawud said:Yahya b. Sa'id al-Qattan said to a person: Narrate these two tradition from me, that is to say, one tradition on the authority of al-A'mash from Habib (about kissing); another through the same chain about a woman who has prolonged flow of bloos and she is asked to perform ablution for every prayer. Yahya said: Narrate from me that both these traditions are weak in respect of their chains. Abu Dawud said: Al-Thawri is reported to have said: Habib narrated this tradition to us only on the authority of 'Urwat al-Muzani, that is, he did not narrated any tradition on the authority of 'Urwah b. al-Zubair. Abu Dawud said: Hamzah al-Zayyat reported a sound tradition on the authority of Habib, from 'Urwah b. al-Zubair from 'Aishah

اس سند سے بھی ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے یہی حدیث مروی ہے۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یحییٰ بن سعید قطان نے ایک شخص سے کہا: میرے حوالہ سے بیان کرو کہ یہ دونوں حدیثیں یعنی ایک تو یہی اعمش کی حدیث جو حبیب سے مروی ہے، دوسری وہ جو اسی سند سے مستحاضہ کے متعلق مروی ہے کہ وہ ہر نماز کے لیے وضو کرے گی «لا شىء» کے مشابہ ہے ( یعنی یہ دونوں حدیثیں سند کے اعتبار سے ضعیف ہیں ) ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: ثوری سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے حبیب نے صرف عروہ مزنی کے طریق سے بیان کیا، یعنی ان لوگوں سے حبیب نے عروہ بن زبیر کے واسطہ سے کچھ نہیں بیان کیا ہے ( یعنی: عروہ بن زبیر سے حبیب کی روایت ثابت نہیں ) ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: لیکن حمزہ زیات نے حبیب سے، حبیب نے عروہ بن زبیر سے، عروہ نے ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے ایک صحیح حدیث روایت کی ہے ( یعنی: عروہ بن زبیر سے حبیب کی روایت صحیح ہے ) ۔
