Rapporté par 'Amr bin Sulaim Az-Zuraqi, d’après Abu Qatadah : Alors que nous étions assis dans la mosquée, le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) est sorti vers nous en portant Umamah bint Abi Al-‘As bin Ar-Rabi’, dont la mère était Zaynab, la fille du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ). C’était une petite fille et il la portait. Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a prié avec elle sur son épaule, la posant quand il s’inclinait et la reprenant quand il se relevait, jusqu’à la fin de la prière

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا قَتَادَةَ، يَقُولُ بَيْنَا نَحْنُ جُلُوسٌ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ إِذْ خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَحْمِلُ أُمَامَةَ بِنْتَ أَبِي الْعَاصِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ وَأُمُّهَا زَيْنَبُ بِنْتُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهِيَ صَبِيَّةٌ يَحْمِلُهَا فَصَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهِيَ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ يَضَعُهَا إِذَا رَكَعَ وَيُعِيدُهَا إِذَا قَامَ حَتَّى قَضَى صَلاَتَهُ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ بِهَا .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Sulaim Az-Zuraqi that he heard Abu Qatadah say:"While we were sitting in the Masjid. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came out to us carrying Umamah bint Abi Al-'As bin Ar-Rabi', whose mother was Zainab, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). She was a little girl and he was carrying her. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prayed with her on his shoulder, putting her down when he bowed and picking her up again when he stood up, until he completed his prayer
Traduction en ourdou
ابوقتادہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں: ہم لوگ مسجد میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے کہ اسی دوران رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم امامہ بنت ابی العاص بن ربیع رضی اللہ عنہ کو ( گود میں ) اٹھائے ہوئے ہمارے پاس تشریف لائے، ( ان کی ماں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی صاحبزادی زینب رضی اللہ عنہا ہیں ) امامہ ایک ( کمسن ) بچی تھیں، آپ انہیں اٹھائے ہوئے تھے، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں اپنے کندھے پر اٹھائے ہوئے نماز پڑھائی، جب رکوع میں جاتے تو انہیں اتار دیتے، اور جب کھڑے ہوتے تو انہیں پھر گود میں اٹھا لیتے، ۱؎ یہاں تک کہ اسی طرح کرتے ہوئے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی نماز پوری کی۔
