Hadith 544 — Livre 6: The Book of the Times (of Prayer)
كتاب الأوقات
Rapporté par Humaid, d’après Anas : Un homme est venu voir le Prophète (ﷺ) et lui a demandé à quelle heure prier le Subh. Le lendemain matin, il a ordonné que l’on fasse l’Iqamah pour la prière dès l’apparition de l’aube, et il nous a dirigés dans la prière. Le jour suivant, quand il faisait clair, il a ordonné que l’on fasse l’Iqamah et il nous a dirigés dans la prière. Puis il a dit : « Où est celui qui demandait à quelle heure prier ? (C’est) entre ces deux moments. »

أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ وَقْتِ صَلاَةِ الْغَدَاةِ فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحْنَا مِنَ الْغَدِ أَمَرَ حِينَ انْشَقَّ الْفَجْرُ أَنْ تُقَامَ الصَّلاَةُ فَصَلَّى بِنَا فَلَمَّا كَانَ مِنَ الْغَدِ أَسْفَرَ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ فَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَصَلَّى بِنَا ثُمَّ قَالَ " أَيْنَ السَّائِلُ عَنْ وَقْتِ الصَّلاَةِ مَا بَيْنَ هَذَيْنِ وَقْتٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
Humaid narrated from Ans that a man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and asked him about the time of the Subh prayer. The following morning he commanded that the Iqamah for prayer be said when dawn broke, and he led us in prayer. The next day when there was light he commanded that the Iqamah for prayer be said and he led us in prayer. Then he said:"Where is the one who was asking about the time for prayer? (It is) between these two times
Traduction en ourdou
انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا، اور آپ سے فجر کے وقت کے بارے میں پوچھا، تو جب ہم نے دوسرے دن صبح کی تو آپ نے ہمیں جس وقت فجر کی پو پھٹی نماز کھڑی کرنے کا حکم دیا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں نماز پڑھائی، پھر جب دوسرا دن آیا، اور خوب اجالا ہو گیا تو حکم دیا تو نماز کھڑی کی گئی، پھر آپ نے ہمیں نماز پڑھائی، پھر فرمایا: نماز کا وقت پوچھنے والا کہاں ہے؟ انہی دونوں کے درمیان ( فجر کا ) وقت ہے ۔
