كتاب الصلاة
Rapporté par Al-Bara bin 'Azib : Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) est venu à Médine et a prié en direction de Bayt Al-Maqdis pendant seize mois, puis il a reçu l'ordre de se tourner vers la Ka'bah. Un homme qui avait prié avec le Prophète (ﷺ) est passé devant certains des Ansar et a dit : "Je témoigne que le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a reçu l'ordre de se tourner vers la Ka'bah", alors ils se sont tournés vers la Ka'bah

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الأَزْرَقُ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، قَالَ قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْمَدِينَةَ فَصَلَّى نَحْوَ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ سِتَّةَ عَشَرَ شَهْرًا ثُمَّ إِنَّهُ وُجِّهَ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ فَمَرَّ رَجُلٌ قَدْ كَانَ صَلَّى مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى قَوْمٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فَقَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَدْ وُجِّهَ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ . فَانْحَرَفُوا إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Al-Bara bin 'Azib said:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came to Al-Madinah and prayed toward Bait Al-Maqdis for sixteen months, then he was commanded to face towards the Ka'bah. A man who had prayed with the Prophet (ﷺ) passed by some of the Ansar and said: 'I bear witness that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has been commanded to face towards the Ka'bah' so they turned to face the Ka'bah
Traduction en ourdou
براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہم کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مدینہ آئے تو آپ نے سولہ مہینہ تک بیت المقدس کی طرف رخ کر کے نماز پڑھی، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کعبہ کی طرف پھیر دئیے گئے، تو ایک آدمی جو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ نماز پڑھ چکا تھا، انصار کے کچھ لوگوں کے پاس سے گزرا تو اس نے کہا: میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کعبہ کی طرف پھیر دئیے گئے ہیں، ( لوگوں نے یہ سنا ) تو وہ بھی قبلہ کی طرف پھر گئے ۱؎۔
