Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shu'aib : Mon père m'a raconté, rapportant de son père, de son père (et il a mentionné 'Abdullah bin 'Amr) qu'il a dit : "Le Messager d'Allah a dit : 'Il n'est pas permis de prêter à condition de vendre, ni de poser deux conditions dans une seule transaction, ni de tirer profit de ce que vous ne possédez pas

أَخْبَرَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، حَتَّى ذَكَرَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَحِلُّ سَلَفٌ وَبَيْعٌ وَلاَ شَرْطَانِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَلاَ رِبْحُ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ " .
Traduction anglaise
Amr bin shu'aib said:"My father told me, mar rating from his father, from his father (and he mentioned 'Abdullah bin 'Amr) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah said: "It is not permissible to lend on the condition of a sale, or to stipulate two conditions in one transaction, or to make a profit on that which you do not possess
