Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar : À l'époque du Messager d'Allah, ils achetaient et vendaient en haut du marché sans mesurer. Le Messager d'Allah leur a interdit de vendre à l'endroit où ils avaient acheté avant de déplacer la marchandise

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَبْتَاعُونَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي أَعْلَى السُّوقِ جُزَافًا فَنَهَاهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَبِيعُوهُ فِي مَكَانِهِ حَتَّى يَنْقُلُوهُ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that:they used to buy and sell during the time of the Messenger of Allah at the top of the marketplace without measuring. The Messenger of Allah forbade them to sell it in the place where they had bought it until they moved it
