Hadith 4506 — Livre 44: The Book of Financial Transactions
كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : "Aucun homme ne doit inciter quelqu’un à annuler une vente déjà conclue avec son frère pour lui vendre ses propres biens ; aucun citadin ne doit vendre pour un bédouin ; n’augmentez pas artificiellement les prix ; qu’aucun homme ne surenchérisse contre son frère ; et qu’aucune femme ne demande le divorce de sa sœur (en religion) afin de prendre ce qu’il y a dans son récipient (c’est-à-dire la priver de sa part de subsistance)

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ وَلاَ تَنَاجَشُوا وَلاَ يَزِيدُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلاَقَ الأُخْرَى لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:"I heard the messenger of Allah say: "No man should urge anyone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon with his brother so as to sell him his own goods; no town-dweller should sell for a desert-dweller; do not artificially inflate prices; no man should outbid his brother; and no woman should ask for her sister (in faith) to be divorced so as to turn over what is in her vessel (deprive her of her share of maintenance)
