Rapporté par ‘Aïcha : Quand le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) faisait le ghusl de la Janabah, il demandait un récipient comme celui utilisé pour traire une chamelle, puis il prenait de l’eau dans sa main et commençait par le côté droit de sa tête, puis le côté gauche, puis il prenait de l’eau dans ses mains et commençait à la verser sur sa tête

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ دَعَا بِشَىْءٍ نَحْوِ الْحِلاَبِ فَأَخَذَ بِكَفِّهِ بَدَأَ بِشِقِّ رَأْسِهِ الأَيْمَنِ ثُمَّ الأَيْسَرِ ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِكَفَّيْهِ فَقَالَ بِهِمَا عَلَى رَأْسِهِ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:"When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) performed Ghusl from Janabah, he would call for something like a vessel used for milking a she-camel, then he would take (some water) in his hand and start with the right side of his head, then the left, then take (some water) in his hands and start pouring it on his head

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب غسل جنابت کرتے تو دودھ دوہنے کے برتن ۱؎ کی طرح ایک برتن منگاتے، اور اس سے اپنے لپ سے پانی لیتے اور اپنے سر کے داہنے حصہ سے شروع کرتے، پھر بائیں سے، پھر اپنے دونوں لپ سے پانی لیتے، اور انہیں سے اپنے سر پر ڈالتے۔
